What:' NHIN Direct June Face-to-Face Meeting
Where: Microsoft Headquarters (Building 113, 14870 NE 31st St. Redmond, WA 98052) or Dial in Information: 1-866-816-4209 Participant Code: 3980879
When: June 10th from 3pm-6pm followed by a happy hour and June 11th from 9am-4pm
Who: One representative of each NHIN Direct Member Organization and all WG leads.
Why: To close key NHIN Direct deliverables
RSVP REQUIRED. Email [[1]] if you are not yet registered to attend.
Location: Microsoft Headquarters, Building 113, 14870 NE 31st St. Redmond, WA 98052. A map of the Microsoft campus is attached for reference.
Shuttle: Microsoft will provide shuttles between the Bellevue Westin and the Microsoft meeting location. These shuttles will be clearly marked as Microsoft vehicles and also have “NHIN Direct” signs. The shuttle pick-up location for the Westin will be at the breezeway between the Westin and an adjoining office building.
The shuttle pick-up times are below:
Thursday June 10th
Pick-up from Westin – 2:30 pm
Pick-up from Microsoft Building 113 - 6:00 pm
Friday June 11th
Pick-up from Westin – 8:30 am
Pick-up from Microsoft Building 113 – 4:00 pm
Parking: Parking will be available at the Microsoft building where the meeting will be held (Building 113, 14870 NE 31st St. Redmond, WA 98052). There is a 4 story parking garage beneath the building and there are also 20 parking spaces for guests above the parking garage. Once you have parked, you will need to register your vehicle inside the building.
Internet Connectivity: Internet access will be available at the meeting location.
June 10'th Happy Hour: Following the Thursday June 10th meeting, we invite all meeting participants to join us for happy hour at Rock Bottom Brewery at 6:30.
